You may request a return or refund if the product was purchased directly from Tahlys.com, the request is made within 30 days of delivery, and proof of purchase such as an order number is provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, gift cards or store credit, free promotional items or samples, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Opened or used products may still qualify under our 30-day money-back guarantee and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos only if the product arrived damaged. We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt, and you will receive confirmation once your refund is issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund and cover return shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered, Tahlys is not responsible for loss or theft. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Scope
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only. We currently ship to the USA using major domestic carriers.
