Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using major, reliable U.S.-based carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If tracking information does not update after several business days, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to our fast processing and same-day dispatch, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including full name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state, postal code, and phone number if required by the carrier. Tahlys is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. If we make a shipping error, we will correct it at no additional charge.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, please check with neighbors, household members, or alternative delivery locations and allow up to 48 hours, as packages may be marked delivered early. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier and then reach out to us for assistance. Tahlys is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment. This does not affect your order total.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or incorrect address information. If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
